EE looks up, alert like corn at the sound of a locust. He belatedly notices the cab driver's spectacles, and the calluses on his thumbs from hitting the space bar repeatedly. EE's joke that a writer would be desperate enough to pose as a cab driver and kidnap him in order to worm his way into a contract has become reality! He lunges for the door. The locks slam up. Book Chat News

I don't expect you'll have trouble acquiring a copy of the October book (Sway, by Zachary Lazar, who plans to attend the chat), but I note that Amazon and BN.com are calling the November book (Devil's Cape, by Rob Rogers, who also plans to attend) unavailable. They both list sellers who have used and new copies available, as do Powells and Alibris. One or two of the Amazon sellers ship it from Britain.

I bring this up now because waiting till the last minute may not be the best idea with this ...
