WARRIOR GENIUS is out today in the US & Canada (wherever books are sold). The paperback for REBEL GENIUS is also available now. Writing this series has been an enormous creative challenge and I appreciate all the kind messages of support from those of you who have read the first book. Hope you enjoy the second one!

A happy update for my fellow Gunther lovers: despite being diagnosed with terminal cancer in the wake of his emergency surgery in June, he has surpassed the oncologist’s most optimistic prognosis of six months, passing that marker two weeks ago. Not only that, but the old guy is still enjoying a good quality of life and seems to be turning back into a puppy more every day. We are cherishing every day with him… Here are some photos from our hike this afternoon. (The beauty here is bittersweet, as much of the drama is due to the horrible air quality from the disastrous Thomas Fire.) Health and happiness to you in the new year. ✨
