An Anniversary Montage for 2009
Today David and I are celebrating our 6-year anniversary. I won't be giving you all a run-down of our multi-year struggles with addiction to drugs, alcohol, hamburger salad, and Crystal Lite. Just suffice it to say we've been through a lot and apparently are no worse for the wear.
Unless of course you count all the "married" weight we've gained through the years. This will become evident in this delightful picture montage of our years together. Enjoy

But you don't LOOK gay…
Reference: "Really? You don't look gay!"
Compliment or insult? That's what we're going to talk about today – and since I tend to be a pessimist, I'm going to choose INSULT. If someone says to me that I don't look gay, my first thought is that they must have a very negative impression of "gay" and that I don't fit into their negative perception.

What's my name for $150 Alex
[image error]An Arkansas woman is offering the opportunity to name her seventh child to the highest bidder, starting at $150. The unemployed mother of six has posted an auction on eBay in hopes that she will receive enough money to buy a "trustworthy" car and to relieve her sister's burden of supporting her cash-strapped family. [image error]
LOS ANGELES, Aug 3 (Reuters) – Kara DioGuardi, who made her debut this year as the fourth judge on No. 1-rated TV singing show "American Idol," will return to the panel for the upcoming ninth season, producers said on Monday.
Um…WHAT?! Please tell me this isn't true…or at least allow me to live in my own little sanctuary of NoGuardi. But there's more…
"(Kara) is a breath of fresh air, and her passion for music and her understanding of talent is invaluable," "American Idol" creator Simon Fuller sai
Percival Pig - Part 1
Three years ago, a pig got stuck in a well. Before you worry too much, he was indeed rescued and survives to this day as a healthy and happy pork roast - but in the moment it was tragic, scary, and the incident galvanized the entire world to the plight of the pig. This is his story.
[image error]Percival Pig was a curious pig. He loved to play in his pen, especially when it was raining outside. The feel of the water splashing onto his perfectly pink skin made him giggle with glee - much to the amusement of th

A Hell of a Week
It's been a rough week - I'm not going to kid you. Losing Siobhan has been pretty much devastating, and I've felt less than compelled to be creative. Pretty much everything has taken a back seat to me vacillating between trying to function, and staying as busy as I can to keep my mind focused.
Whether staying busy actually works or not is yet to be determined. I find that I have very little interest in anything at the moment - almost like I just can't be bothered. The boys aren't much of a help e
