Come to APE this weekend!
Hey there friends and fellow indie comic fans. This weekend is the Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco. I’ll be there Saturday with my creative life partner, Jason McNamara, co-creator of The Martian Confederacy. Our table number is 800, on the upper level, kinda in the middle of it all. Come by and check out the Chump the Chimp zine that I collaborated on with Art Roche. Sonoma County Book Festival, 9/21
I will be at the Sonoma County Book Festival today for a panel on graphic novels. I’ll be on the panel with Brian Fies and Brent Eric Anderson. The panel starts at 1:30.

I Have a Dream
In honor of today’s anniversary I’m posting one of my favorite portraits. I did this portrait on scratch board, back in the day when I worked as an artist for The Atlanta Constitution. This was originally done for an Op-Ed piece on Martin Luther King, Jr.
