There’s something about when she talks about writing the carnival book idea (titled “Family Secrets) that’s nice. I don’t know, but there’s something warming about seeing someone creating a novel from scratch.

I feel like she’s always sulking and depressed about the her dad’s death (please don’t kill me for being apathetic, I’m just not very familiar with the feeling of loss after a loved one’s passing). It also kind of feels immature of her, a 29 year old, describing Sonya as “That Woman”. And seeing as how I never seem to notice these things, it has to say something. Maybe I’m just not in the mood (I wasn’t in the mood).
