I hated the romance aspect of these book the first time I read them so long ago. Today, as a diagnosed autistic woman I understand I just didn’t like how ppl simplified everything, but I see now how human it is to have confusing feelings and they are fucking teenagers!!!! Also Katniss is kinda clueless about everything I feel so identified.

It was a bad change to take away the injuries they suffered in the games. Katniss is deaf in one ear!

I dislike that the movies sanitized this book so much. The games are brutal!

So many little details. I also love how clueless and unreliable as a narrator Katniss is . I identify with that 🩷😭🤣

The Games are about to begin and I don’t know if Im ready. This book has hurt a lot already mainly to the fact that you know the ending , and I thought that could take away from the book but it doesn’t. I feel it sets the mood, it makes you feel and think more.

I want to curl up in my sofa and read but I gotta go save lives at work what an inconvenience 🤣🤣🤣

Im suffering already. How can she make me feel so tense and upset about something I already know is gonna happen and I already think and know its the beginning to unimaginable horrors for our protagonist.

I can smell the romance a mile away. I feel broken cause I just don’t get into romance books. In this case Im into the world and the magic and I already have female rage cause some characters and colonized rage for the society in the book so I will see where this leads.
