Christopher Moore gets in touch with his artistic and sensitive side. Very different from his other books with less outright humor, but still quite a good tale so far. :)

I will not be reading the rest of this trilogy. I am fighting to finish it so it doesn't end up on the "sukt-2-much-2-finish" list, but Lord Alive this one is getting a one star. So many tropes, so little time...

as a hip, new age, 21st century librarian, i am supremely offended by the trope of teen librarians being old, gray shushing machines. fie on you, christine seifert. may u redeem yourself in the coming pages.

John Green, you've done it again! Your writing is formulaic and predictable, but hot damn is it well written!!! The characters, the plot, the lovely conversations that are so above what teens would actually say and that makes it AWESOME. Thank you, John Green!

a tad preachy...and a bit cult-like as well. not bad though.
