Reading this with the Between the Pages bookclub for our book of the month for September. I’m hoping I’ll enjoy this!

Ah ha! I’ve made proper progress finally in a book for the first time in several days

I haven’t been reading much these couple of days and I’ve heard good things about this so I thought I might as well check it out. It’s been alright so far

I honestly cannot with Snow, my god

Yeah I’m not really feeling this at all right now. I’ll try and make it to fifty percent and if I’m not liking it by then I might just DNF it

Honestly have not read much at all today, but frankly, this all just feels like filler and I don’t exactly sympathise with someone who becomes a fascist dictator with no remorse.

I’m pretty hesitant to read this, considering that I didn’t love the Hunger Games and the mixed reviews this has gotten so far.

So I’ll be finishing this off tomorrow. So far, I’ve definitely been enjoying it and her writing is quite immersive. It is pretty slow and there is not too much direction in terms of plot

It’s been interesting so far and I really like the writing, but I don’t really see where this is going and am a bit confused

Here’s to hoping that I’ll enjoy this! I really liked the Broken Earth trilogy, so I should like this

That was the most predictable plot twist that was pretty obvious from the start of the book
