Ok, so I’m finally going to try and read Divergent. Is this going to end well, I don’t know, possibly not, but maybe I’ll surprise myself.

Reading this was the Between the Pages book club for our book of the month for August.

I’m really hoping that I’ll enjoy this!

It’s been good so far and I’m enjoying myself

Wasn’t planning on reading this as I just don’t read thrillers but honestly, screw it

I’m so excited to read this!

So I’m almost done now and am hopefully going to finish it tomorrow. I will say that even though nothing dramatic or overly eventful has really happened, I am enjoying myself.

I’ve heard lots of people say that Emma is not a very likeable character, and I can certainly agree with that so far, she is not somebody I would want to be around, however, I actually am finding that she is a fairly interesting person to read about.

I’ve enjoyed the other Austen books I’ve read so far so I’m hoping I’ll like this one too!

Well it’s certainly been interesting so far and really highlights human stupidity

The premise sounds pretty interesting, I’m hoping the actual books lives up to it!

Not too much has happened so far so I’m hoping it will pick up in the second half. I am enjoy Siuan and Moiraine’s relationship though!

I’m hoping I’ll enjoy this. I’ve never read this before despite being a Wheel of Time fan, but like Moiraine’s awesome so this should be good

Ooo those were a few good chapters after a bit where nothing much happened

So that just happened... I’ve actually found that Aviendha and Rand’s relationship, compared to Rand’s relationship with Min and Elayne to have been much better developed.

Also, as someone who has read the entire series before, I can really appreciate the foreshadowing a lot more.

It’s been so good so far!

So I’m going to reread this and then read New Spring since I’ve got a copy of that now

Slowly making progress into this beast

The first chapter was really just a prologue

Now this is a chunky boy

There’s something about this that is just so phenomenal

So good to be back in this world!
