Feels like a sequel of sequels.

All previous questions are answered put zoomed out to encompass a larger world. The stuff about how the Big Bad from Book 1 sorta rationalizes his behavior which is actually pretty important.

Interesting use of the mechanics. The abilitease was effective and allowed space to up the ante and add more power to the magic system. He’d be a decent game designer. Love the increased focus on the Terris. Elend is fine.
