Whoops. I'm gonna read this whole dumb thing in a weekend. The pacing is stunning and I love the intersecting perspectives. Really got into the set piece at 50% despite the occasional modern "pulp" culture references. (would they know who Hieronymus Bosch, Don Quixote, etc were?)
