Tracy Borman is already annoying me. Her depiction of Anne Boleyn is cliched at best and she bases her assumptions on notoriously unreliable sources or fails to provide a source at all.
Her portrayals of these women lack all nuance. Anne is cruel, calculating, and seductive. Mary is "a born martyr". Katherine Howard is "no innocent" with a wild sex drive. Haven't we gotten beyond this??
