The Robert Silverberg story Iron Star is rather mediocre for this old grandmaster.

I'm pleased that i finally read The ship who sang. That first story did not help my insomnia as i had to get up and looked for the rest of the book online.

Very good so far

Just started (on chapter 4), interesting main character, Bruno. Intriguing, hard to put down.

If you're going to read this book, don't read it blind (Crackling the book anew), you may want to read reviews on GR first to help getting to understand the format. These comments/reviews help me a lot in order to appreciate the unusual style of this novel. Otherwise there re gonna be lots of WTF's!

cannot put it down once I start one of Yalom's historical philosophy novels.
