went back and reread chapter one and now I feel better. we were introduced to Milva and how she came to be in geralt's hanza, and now in chapter 2 we were introduced to cahir and zoltan. am i to understand the following chapters will introduce regis and such?

not going to lie, I might have fallen asleep halfway through listening to this chapter. something about Milva being friends with the elves? might have to reread this chapter ngtl.

badass motherfucker ciri has arrived! she's finally gotten her revenge and justice on those who only wish to use her for their own sick reasons. she's finally taking back her life, with help from the wild hunt is seems.

so we finally learn cahir's motives for joining geralt in the search for ciri. has yennifer really betrayed them? will geralt get his medallion back??

holy fuck, did yennifer seriously betray geralt?! does this mean that ciri and geralt will be reunited soon?

finally learning how ciri was injured and forced to fight. hopefully, geralt will return soon.
