I loved american Wife...I loved Pride and Prejudice. So an author whose voice I enjoy retelling an author whose voice I enjoy in a more modern way...Sounds like a big risk but in the first 9 pages I'm completely satisfied...

Honestly I'm skimming. The book is so low angst and so removed any of the chase there seems to be neither tension not chemistry between this couple. It feels surface. Something is just not clicking.

Pet peeve, hate it when a hero is commitmentphobe surrounded by a loving functional family. All: my family is so happy but I can't imagine being like them...because multiple partners
