Spoilers: Bandit hunt had a very satisfying ending after dragging on, but then the Felurian part blew me away with its influx of knowledge as well as the sheer beauty of it all. The Ademre arc so far is very philosophical and I'm enjoying it a lot.

Spoilers: I knew Kvothe's luck couldn't last forever (he was arrested). He had a good run after the miserable failure of attempting to steal the ring from Ambrose, but now we shall see. I loved the drunk talk/walk with Sim and Wil. I'm excited to see more with naming and the Amyr (calling Skarpi and at least one Master are with them). Also yaaay for having Devi back, she's one of my favorites.

Nearing the end of the book, so I will probably finish this weekend. I've loved every second of The Name of the Wind so far and I can't see that fact changing too much throughout the entire series. The prose is wonderful and the pacing is pretty perfect; even bits in Tarbean did not seem to drag on too long. Kvothe is an amazing character to follow and the other characters being fleshed out more excites me.
