I am really in love with this book. Hanberg beautifully illustrates the reasoning behind his suggestions, and breaks down tasks (like creating a first mailing to ask for donations) into very doable steps. I can tell I'll revisit The Little Book of Gold in the future. Looking forward to the second half.

Only two chapters in and I'm already underlining furiously.

This is so good. All praise to the author for writing an adorable toddler who is actually adorable. I want to pinch Mason's cheeks.

Genuinely tense about the election results shenanigans. Were the ballots tampered with or not?

I really appreciate how well-drawn the supporting cast is. The hero and heroine's respective sets of parents are especially believable. Even though everyone is rich and beautiful, they still feel real.

This is good! Strong sense of place. I want to hang out in a picturesque New England village and plan cool Halloween parties for local moppets. I am also interested in eating a turkey basted in sage butter.

This is really growing on me.
