Nullifidian is 26% done with Works, in Reduced Facsimile from the Famous First Folio Edition of 1623

Finished Love's Labour's Lost. God, what a frustrating experience that was! The numerous compositors' errors in a text already rife with Latinisms and other difficult linguistic features had me reading the Folio on my e-reader in one hand and my copy of the Folger Shakespeare LLL in the other. I'm not speaking figuratively; this was quite literal two-fisted reading.

The Merry Devil of Edmonton was wonderful. It will probably turn out to be the best play in this collection, and that includes the three genuine Shakespeare collaborations.

Up to A Yorkshire Tragedy, now generally accepted to be by Thomas Middleton, as is the previous play The Puritan. It was a genuinely funny and well-crafted play, although the deus ex machina ending kind of detracted from the dramatic coherence of the plot. However, I think it would be an amusing work in performance.
