Loving this book.

Honestly she has not learned a single thing.

She seems to blame everyone else for her situation other then herself. She had one rule to follow, do what the Captain says, and she couldn’t do it.

I suspect I know who Lida is. But this is a cute fun read so far.

Do not ever sign a contract without reading it. That must be city ruler lesson number 1. That is going to bite you on the butt later.

This might be picky but Xifeng, grass stains on your clothes are not going to be the giveaway that you spent the day with Wei. The fact that half the town saw him carry you away after your freak out is probably what will give you away.

I’m really struggling to get into this. Might have to set aside and try again another day...maybe.

I’m not sure how the main character will survive past this chapter let alone to the end of the book. She is not very good at her job.

The goddess in this book sounds pretty nasty.

I dunno, all three potential Queens seem pretty useless.

That scene was definitely inspired by Terminator. I was just waiting for the "I'll be back" 😀
