This is shaping up to be a very engrossing read! Starting few chapters took some effort to read (also some character interactions felt stilted). But the story quickly becomes really interesting as we learn more about the world. It’s as addictive as webnovels imo.

The character dialogue is really random. The main character’s dad for no reason says stuff like life is random and his mom is like he’s too young for this. And then dad is like choose a problem and devote life to it. The things said don’t seem to follow each other 😛 I’m sure that I’ll still love it though, since I really like Cixin Liu’s stories. Also the central premise is intriguing, so there’s that.
