I am quitting this book. I just can't get interested in it, and the writing style does not engage me at all.

Still a dreadful read.

A quick read, so far. Mandy is reading it & I just meant to flip through a bit... but it caught me up.

As expected, this book is putting me to sleep. Even zombies cannot make Jane Austen readable.

If I ignore the characterizations, the dialog, and the structure, it's readable because the premise, action, and tone are good.

I am reading zombie books as research to be able to write a proper "zombie book" - but I don't think I can write this badly. :(

This book feels like I'm reading Dan Brown, which isn't a good thing. Somewhat less frustrating than Da Vinci Code, but of the same cloth.

Just starting the online version.

Captivating read. I've just accidentally read it until 4:30AM, instead of sleeping.

Still struggling to get through this, reading a few pages here and there (when I'm trying to fall asleep, basically).

My reading speed & interest have somehow continued to wane as this terrible book goes on (and on, and on).
