This is a cool book!

This is a great book! I just found out it's Andy Weir's first novel, so I'm impressed.

This is my choice for the Dewey 24 hour readathon. I don't know why it took me so long to get to this book other than the fact that I have a long reading list. No offense to Matt Damon, but I skipped the movie until I could read this first. It's been good so far. I intend to spend the day reading this, and I think it will be easy.

I liked this book! It's a militant space drama, but I really like the characters in this series, and their banter is funny. The action is non stop. One warning about the protagonist: he is a male chauvinist, but that's part of the humor in the book. He is so overconfident that he's a bit daffy.

This is turning out to be a good book. It's a murder mystery, and the setting is in Savannah Georgia. The protagonist is a female police detective.
I got this from Amazon to read on my kindle, and it's an easy read, but it's a good story.

Wicked, gruesome, wild, and funny.

I give this one three stars because it is a fun book about an FBI agent, who is also a witch, and it's a pretty good detective type of story, but there's some good action scenes as well. I liked it.

It's amazing how much of science is still a methodical process of trial and error. Scientists rely so heavily on sound mathematical theory, and and now we have better observational tools tool validate those theories. But, what's useful, is what is most probable, for nothing is certain.

This is one of the books I dip into now and then. For me, books of this type require me to take time and reflect on what I have read, and sometimes I need to research a little and find some cross references, but it certainly isn't required.

Okay, this is looking pretty cool. The protagonist is Harmony Black, who is a witch working for the FBI. This is starting to look fun, so I'm gonna roll with it. It's on my kindle, and I got cit off Amazon's kindle unlimited. So, I'm thinking this is a pleasure read. I just got finished with a heavy read, so this might be a good balance. :)
