Good story.

This story is interesting. The setting takes some time to adjust to, and there is nomenclature to go with it. The book jumps right into some creative terminology, and this is a very imaginative tale. For the moment, I'm enjoying the cerebral exercise, but I can already see this is going to be a great book.

This story has been interesting so far, but I am struggling with it. It's as though I have to concentrate very hard to absorb the meaning of the text, and often, I have to re-read a sentence or whole paragraph. I have no explanation for this, but I am barely into the book, so perhaps I will adjust to what it is later.

Definitely the wildest science-fiction book that I have read in a long time.

OMG! Dobie is a major badass, but Quad is insanely brilliant!

The author, Sara King, really let her imagination run wild with this story, but the characters are solid.

There is some humor in this book, and it is funny. But, there is some brutal suffering in it, and the callous cruelty is over the top. Still, it is very interesting.

The story has a lot of good action, and the situation is intense.
