For a dieting book, this book sure has been unnecessarily fattened. Four meals a day, yet he copies & pastes the same drink list for 3 out of every four meals. Unnecessary page padding! Also many of the "meals" are what I would call a light snack. I'd probably starve to death in the first week on this diet. And only one small cup of coffee per day? Screw that! One large cup is my minimum! LOL
