Very interesting, yet the author confuses me at times. It's supposed to be about historical Jesus and not spiritual Jesus, yet he frequently uses the Bible to explain certain aspects of historical Jesus' actions while also insisting that several parts of the Bible are made up.

Interesting but confusing. What is the point, in a biography of Jesus, in discussing things that happened 30 years after his death so early in the book?

Deals with a subject not often touched in literature. Uncomfortable for a few reasons, but I like that she tackles the psychological impact of such an event.
