I really like it when it's dealing with politics but hated the awful sex scenes. Also really grown to dislike Claire the way she gleefully has sex with husband number two without any remorse for husband number one.

I really like it. It's interesting to see the way "good" people back in the 1700's had no problem with some of the barbaric practices. I'm curious where the rest of the series goes, though. Is it all just set during this one period, does she time travel a lot, is each book a new character?
