The pacing has changed so much. In the beginning, long sections were devoted to the same thing. Now in the past 60 pages, the entire status quo has completely changed.

Hosseini is so good that I'm in love with the book, even though it's about a pathetic worm of a child.

Even when nothing is happening, Hosseini's characters are so fascinating that I'm completely absorbed into his world.

Started out really strong but turned to crap because of King's annoying Kingisms. Enjoyed the preview for Dr. Sleep and NS48U

The writing is exceptional but absolutely nothing has happened thus far. So far I'm not thrilled

Finished the actual story. Just a few notes left at the end.

Love it but Chapter XI was completely pointless

Took a while for the picture to really start playing a part. Still, I really like Wilde's witticism. Too bad this was his only novel. I may have to try reading some of his plays, too.

I like it so far! There's a lot of rambling but it comes in via dialogue, so I feel like it gives me insight into the characters. Much better than Jane Austen or Charles Dickens, both of whose ramblings felt like they were just padding the book.

Really looking forward to this. All I've done thus far is read the brief bio on Wilde. Can't wait to start tomorrow

OUaT shows you can do Disney characters IRL right. Thus far KK is uninteresting. The DHI stuff is stupid and is taking way too long to really set up, plus far too many things happen off page

Interested in the concept but the execution is kind of lacking. Hoping it gets better
