I can see where so many western romance novels get their plot points. It's a shoddy imitation of this book.

This book is so dry. I read it mostly when I get insomnia. Like right now.

I got an early birthday gift. Grim had a lot of book credits from our fave used book store, so I got to pick out 11 books. ^_^ I'm going to be 27 in April :)

I hate how the author is setting up the MC to hook up with that creepy guy. Also I hate how people think a "strong" woman has so much internalized misogyny, like? Maybe it'll get better? I do like the actual plot tho.

Wow that investigative journalist is so creepy. I hope the mc and him don't hook up @ the end.

This prose is so beautiful when it comes to the way it was written, but the subject matter is making my stomach heave, so I will have to re-read this when I'm not sick. lol

This book was sent to me by my mom a few years ago. I'm not sure if she read this one, but one of my challenges asks me to read a book recommended by my mom, so this is the only book I have that she gave me still.
