Direct rip off of GOT. "The Queen Who Was Promised"? Really? REALLY? I'm not 100% certain, but I'm fairly sure that Martin was the only one who has used that particular phrasing as a proper noun, and I have read a lot of fantasy. To see that particular formula show up this far into the series without precursor as got comes into that part of the series is a little too much.
