Hmmmmm this seems a little heavy handed so far.

Yeah, so switching between audio and physical is really working. I'm still not super invested. Like the part where we get some perspective from Zachary's friend while she tries to figure out what happened to him was super interesting and a little spooky and I would have gladly read a whole book about that. Too bad it's only a small part.

I'm now switching back and forth between the audiobook and the physical book because some sections are better when someone else reads them to me, and some sections are better when I read them myself. I'm not sure why, but things are moving a little easier now than they were before.

I'm really struggling with this one. I'm finding it hard to get invested in the characters and the story line. which is basically the whole book. Should I DNF? Does it get better?

I have no clue what is happening in the best way possible. How is this going to resolve? I have no idea!

I keep oscillating between "oh this is normal" and "oh. this is very not normal" within the span of a paragraph. I love it.
