Are you kidding me? They could have figured things out right then. Why the hell... oh my god. Reading this book is going to make me sooooo furious, I don't know why the hell I'm putting myself through this. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. COMMUNICATION COULD SOLVE EVERYTHING HERE.

I've been staring at this book on my physical shelf longingly for years, waiting for the day I'd be ready to read it. (I know what happens.) I watched the BIF movie last night and decided I wanted pain in a book, so here we are. Well, 50 pages in and I wanted to give up. But I'm gonna force my way through. I'm gonna be mad and sad but I'm gonna live!!!

I'm not convinced I'm ready to return to YA yet, but I've owned this book since it was first release, and now the movie is out in a week. I need to read it. And anyway, I felt myself slipping into a scary book hangover after The Hating Game, and I cannot let that happen. So here we are.

Whhhhhyyyyyyy did I start this book on a Sunday afternoon? I only get a few hours each night because of work. I wanna stay up all night and devour it, but I know I'll really hate myself tomorrow if I don't go to bed. It's better this way. I get to soak up the story and let it linger. I wanna keep this one as close as I can for as long as I can. Too soon it'll be over.

A miracle has occurred, and I don't know when, but I know it now. Joshua Templeman does not hate me. Not a bit. There's no way he could when he kisses me like this.

What the fuck. Every word of this is brilliant. I love it so much I might die. I am ALL about hurt/comfort, so watching Josh take care of Lucy was too sweet. And so funny!!!! Ohhhh my god, I've found my next gem. This is going on my ultimate favorites list, no doubt. I wish it wasn't Sunday night.

Between the ant infestation in my mailbox and my mom needing help with something, there's been, like, no time to read this week. Good news is it's finally the weekend! :)

I'm getting really nervous about what I'm gonna read when I finish FWTF. My next reads have been automatically chosen for me lately because I'm making myself actually finish a series for the first time in too long (which has been pleasant because I love the characters). When I have to choose soon, what'll happen? I'm worried that I'll fall into another endless slump. :( Send help.
