Ohh...no. This one has a cat in it. I always cringe when an animal is in a horror book/movie. They usually are killed.

As much as I've enjoyed reading nothing but horror for the last month, I'll be glad to get back to reading thrillers again. You know, something "light".

My next read: The Haunting of Ashburn House.

I wonder if that one will be as scary as The Haunting of Blackwood House?

April the giraffe had her beautiful baby this morning. I hear it is a boy.

Both My Mom and I have been waiting impatiently for him to arrive.

He is so cute. =)

I was reading this last night.
In the book, Mara was about to go to bed.
I was about to start the next chapter. I saw the title of the chapter, "The Intruder" .....

Then, I said to myself, "Nope, that can wait till morning...."
Not a chapter to read before sleeping.

I can honestly say, this is the scariest book I've ever read. Even more than The Shining.

Not a book to read at night. Darcy Coates, I love you!

It doesn't look like I'll be able to read all these Darcy Coates books by April 18th.

I will then buy them. =)
