after a long hiatus, we retuuuuurn

I started this audiobook yesterday and almost didn't want to continue but the reader's voice has grown on me. his character voice work is pretty good; he paces dialogue really well. it's mostly the actual narrative where he gets a little cheesy on the delivery. it's survivable

omg marrilier... why you so good and so painful

so, I really don't like the audiobook narrator for this book so I'll be waiting til I have a physical copy to continue

it took longer than the other books to pull me in, but I'm feeling the familiar anxiety and excitement after this last chapter

"A person can fail the people they love just by being who they are." p259 || This book is certainly shaping up into something I wasn't expecting, but I'm enjoying it! Only half way through and idk how things can get worse, but I'm sure they will.

gawwwwd, Havelock's chapters make me sooooo nervous.

I really do have other books that I keep intending to read but... #cantstop #wontstop

so, that was not a good chapter to read at 3am...

both excited and nervous to finish this trilogy
