The writing style is quite distracting.

I know I just read ‘Beach Read’ like a week ago but it feels like this is exactly what I need to fill my insatiable hunger for good rom-coms. Neither the publishing industry nor Hollywood work fast enough to keep my brain happy tbh.

Not feeling the ‘Get Out’ elements at all. How is Lena so unbothered when these people have been nothing but questionable from the jump?
