Wow Amos and Lisette are having a baby wasn't expecting that. While he was trying to get her to safety as she was far along now there was a battle happening at the castle 50 men trying to penetrate the front door. They chanted something, and Amos knew what it meant. They were in danger if they stayed there. They were trying to find another way out.

Turns out the elixir King Richard had been taking was not good for him it was almost poisoning him in the process and nearly killing him. There was a new lady who knew how to make potions, and she told Amos about this potion she was wondering why he was even taking it because the ingredients were nearly toxic. He had been given it as a child, and now Amos was almost blaming himself for it. Was there a cure for it?

They now leave the cave with no memory as to why Merlin has the cup. He never dies, but Corville dies a natural death several years later. What an incredible tale this has to be my favorite one of the book so far. I would read a book the author writes just on Merlin it would be so good.

Merlin says its the guardians of the lake with every pull the cup doesn't budget until the cup comes out of the lake in the hands of the guardian this thing isnt human its part fish part serpent and part human the head. Merlin ends up getting pulled into the lake as Corville lets go. Just before the serpent is about to kill him he grabs the cup and drinks from it.

Three choices appeared one to put it back and forget all that happened, second drink from it live forever but be stuck in the cave, and third take the cup from the cave and die instantly. Corville ends up seeing Merlin in the cave he tricks him, and he asks him to help him get the cup out of the cave he ties a rope to it, and it gets caught somewhere in the lake.

Wow what a tale Amos told a tale some of us may have imagined the silver grail being taken out of a cave in the middle of an island in a box found by the character Corville. When he saw it there was no writing on it but when it touched the water there was writing that appeared on it.

A cute little tale about a fox family told by the minstrels who were in a tournament against each other at the round table outside along with musicians and jugglers. This tale was about a young fox who was keeping his family safe from dogs that the farmer owned that the fox family kept coming to steal chickens from his farm. He was told by his family to relax he never did. He saved them from being attacked in the end

Wow, this is getting good. Richard is showing his power. He doesn't like what's going on where they are the people living in complete poverty. They find some people rising up about this, and now they are trying to do something about it. The people work hard just to have their hard work payment taken from them. They should reap what they sow. John of Gaunt is the first person they want to fight against.

When they come and see, nothing is there, just when they think he was lying the witches make their appearance scare them all to death and make worms come from their heads instead of hair and fly back to their graves from when they came before dawn. The legend of Witch Hill still lives on to this day. What a tale.

Amos and Richard are back to old times traveling again its then that they come to England somehow secretly. They come as a minstrel and his apprentice. Richard wants to finally get out, and this is his chance. The story Amos tells is about some witches who come back to life in unblessed ground. The character in this tale, Segar, is terrified and goes to tell others about it at the first inn he sees in this town.

At the end of this journey, God will give us a new name, not the one we have now. Rev 2:17. A name will heal when it is spoken by the lips of God, one we don't even know. Our eternity is so special, and not just any name will do. We have one reserved just for us. There is more to our life and story than we have ever known. Finish your journey be there when God whispers your name.

That has to be one of the most powerful chapters in this book. Everything that Jesus has done for us as He carries us up this mountain we call life. Just when we think we did it all ourselves, He carried us the whole time. He promised us He would make all things new. Restore what was taken from us. Our freedom restored. The peace of a pure heart will be restored to us. We will see the blood Jesus bled covering us.

We long for what we haven't seen but we are not from here. We groan in our lives, waiting for the Lord we recognize this world is out of wack. We were not made for this world. We hope for something we haven't seen yet we just wait patiently. It is only in Heaven we will truly be at peace. We are waiting for the Groom to come and carry us His bride over the threshold.

In life we will never truly be satisfied we will never truly be at peace till we see God. We are not satisfied in life because we always want more of everything. Nobody has ever seen God except for Isaiah he drew back in fear and horror that he was unclean and his people were unclean. People who seen Him now would die on the spot. Exodus 33:20 Nobody can see God and live.The Holiness of God highlights our sin.

Don't rest on a false peace we were not made for this place. This is not Heaven don't expect it to be. Only God can give us the real joy we crave be patient, and be listening. God will always come through.

No lay up your treasures here on earth. This is not where we were meant to stay. Our home is in Heaven. There will never be true happiness here on earth. This world is imperfect. Imagine a perfect world what does that look like? Does it mean peace? No one has ever imagined what God has prepared for those who love him (1 Cor. 2:9) There are little moments here on earth that give us a little slice of Heaven.

Just goes to show waiting on the Lord brings miracles and wonders and more than we can ever imagine possible. Are we trusting God? The Story of Moses and how God brought His people to safety over the Egyptians. Then there is King Jehoshaphat who fought 3 armies with God on his side his nation went on a fast God saw that and came through for him. He trusted God would take care of him, He did. Pray and leave it to God.

A very simple chapter on God moving us forward in His strength. As you work, He works in you. God energizes our efforts. He gives us strength for the journey. If you need rest do it He will keep you headed in the right direction. The next time we make progress we need to Thank Him He provides the power to do that.

We need spiritual support, church family or fellowship. We need to grow in our faith, not be stagnant. We need to mature in our faith. We need to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2Peter 3:18). Base your happiness on your hope in Christ.

The Promise of God we shouldn't worry what we see in the physical God is always in control. He's still on the throne. The things that go on in our lives can't stop the plan that God has for us. The wilderness can't stop it. Captivity couldn't stop it. Those who keep the faith till the end will be saved (Matt. 24:13) You may have trouble but take heart He has overcome the world (John 16:33) God keeps his promise.

The alarms in our lives, what are they really? Unresolved things we haven't taken care of or have given completely to God.The problems come from within sometimes we try to blame things outside of us before we look at the inside of us and the things we haven't dealt with. As it says in Psalm 51:10 Create in me a new heart , OH God and renew a steadfast spirit within me. We rebel against God when we sin.

The person of the Holy Spirit. How is it He dwells in us. Jesus said He has to go away and He would leave the Helper if He didn't go, He couldn't come. The Holy Spirit isn't around us. He's in us. Our body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit as it says in 1Corinthians 6:19. The advise the world gives never works by The Holy Spirit will keep you aligned with God forever.

This chapter is simple why do we carry all our life's burdens in a burlap sack when we should be bringing that all to God. Don't put your trust in anything of this world, even religion, we should give everything to God. He's waiting for us to give Him our sack of problems and burdens. It's hard to throw stones when you've left your sack at the cross. Come to Him all who are tired and heavy laden He will give you rest

A story about the moon and the sun. I see even though it doesn't mention Jesus or God I see what its intention is to be reflective of who God is don't reflect the darkness reflect the light of Christ.

Our past is our past it is our choice to either stay comfortable in the mess that it may have been or to move on and see somewhere down the line where it aligned with God and chose that path. We can do that we need to see that as a possibility. We can be the one to say I choose to follow the path that leads to God and not follow what my past has chosen. God controls our destiny we can choose to align with it.

A chapter on trusting God completely we always tend to look at the physical and don't trust the spiritual what God can do. Our eyes see the storm our faith sees the rainbow. Our eyes see the giants in our lives, faith sees Canaan. Our eyes see our faults faith sees our Savior. Our eyes see our guilt faith sees His blood He shed for us. We need to train our eyes to see the Spiritual. Let God catch you, He can do it.

A very good chapter on what it means to let God be God. We should give everything to Him. If there are things you can't seem to give to Him you are not letting Him work. God always has the last say we should never seek out revenge or do it in our own power, that is God's job we need to let God be God and just be still as He works everything out for our good.

This short story summarizes what it's like to really be like Jesus as a Christian. Jesus can be in disguise in our everyday lives, or he could send someone to interrupt our daily schedule. Would we even know its Him. We need to bless others not looking for a reward or public acknowledgment. He can use anybody. We need to live how He teaches us in His Word.

We truly need to live with Love, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. We should live how the Lord wants us to live.

We have been given a gift at the judgement seat we have been graced with a surprise. Why can't we pay our debts. We have become a bride not just for a moment but for eternity.
