Boy, I'm having a hard time reading this. The sentence structure with the first person is choppy, to say the least. The sequence in the hospital when Day goes to steal the vaccine. I realize it's first person POV, but holy crap I, I, I, and all the derivatives of I (I've,I'm, I'd, etc) 181-times in 8-pages. Thinking back over the other books I'd read that were first person ... I can't recall this structure.

Just not getting into this. kinda getting burned out of the dystopian teen stuff. aren't their any 20 somethings out there trying to change the world?

Not sure I like the dual POV, seems to be slowing the storing down. 25% and not a lot has happened.

After two weeks trudging through this book, I read Discovery of Witches (615ppgs) in 3-days. Obviously not a problem with my reading.

Giving up on this book, if Brown took out all the art and architectural history, this book would be 200 pages. The story seems to be a showcase for Brown's obvious significant knowledge of history and art, but not much of a story.
