This is a very hard read. Extremely informative, but heavy at times and dense. I actually started this in July and can only listen to one or two chapters at a time. I do recommend, but it will take a while to finish this book.

This book is definitely the most disturbing thing I have read in 2020 and that's saying a lot. Yet, I can't put it down. Its super heavy and if you have experienced sexual abuse from a family member or know someone who is dealing with serious mental illness, you will be triggered. I borrowed this on a whim and am glad that I am grounded enough to read this.
