I love how Mac keeps telling me how much she's grown and changed over the course of one whole week, instead of, you know, SHOWING me, through the natural progression of the plot.

Taking a slight break from Gabriel's Ghost to read this because I want to be MORE annoyed. Haha.

I feel like I've been reading this book all day, and yet, NOTHING'S HAPPENED.

The romance between Sully and Chasidah is cold, and the sex - mechanical. This makes me sad.

If someone kept touching my lips that much, they'd come back with a couple of nubs.

Stephanie is being followed by people who know without a doubt that she'll bumble her way along and solve the mystery. Check. Stephanie's car gets destroyed. Check. An annoying person barges their way into her apartment and makes themselves at home. Check. Haven't I already read this book?

I hate myself.

I think this lady loves God and babies too much for me to read this whole thing. Or maybe I'm just a cynical jerk.

First paragraph: "When my husband and I got married, we discussed having children and came up with the plan to have two. That's when God laughed at us and came up with His own plan." Next page: "Only God could design a woman's body to be so perfectly suited to bearing and nurturing children." Uh oh. And here I thought this was going to be funny. I'll give it a chance, but I might just puke all over this library book.

That ending was CHEAP. These books are such a cocktease.

Yaaaaay! It came today! Stupid B&N "express" shipping. And here I thought I could stop hating B&N. Nope. They still suck.

These books are like a car crash; I can't help staring and wondering what's going on.

Why do I keep checking these out from the library?!? Why why why???

WOW. What a heart-pounding climax. The way it should be. This book was definitely a surprise.

Ok, this was pretty stupid in the beginning. I questioned the parenting skills of a Mom who would uproot her whole family on a whim. But now that I'm into the meat of the story, I'm enjoying it. Her Mom still won't win any Mother-of-the-Year awards from me anytime soon though.
