Still loving the books so far. Starting to get a little slow, and the story is definitely different than the movie in The Two Towers, but I'm still undecided about my opinion on the differences.

I am so very much enjoying this book. I've read it before, many years ago, but found it hard to get through. I'm really flying through it now, and am really enjoying the differences between the films and the books.

ONWARD TO RIVENDELL!

I started reading these books a while back but got stuck in the middle of Two Towers and quit. Picking them up again now in audiobook form, and I'm enjoying every minute. It's so interesting to see the differences between the books and movies.

One of my favorite parts about David Eddings' works is the amount of readability they have. It's just so easy to pick up a DE book and just read for hours. It keeps you entertained (and because of this, you can even reread the books multiple times, like I have xD)

Please...she needs to live. Somehow this needs to work out. They all need to LIVE.

Ender is amazing. I love him. Poor guy.

This book is great.

I have no idea how this book is going to end, and that excites me.

Oh, that beautiful poignant moment when Beldin asks why his brothers are taking so much trouble to help him with his tower, and Aldur says it's because they love him...and he breaks down and weeps. David Eddings is so great.

I love this book :) But it's a David Eddings, so that's obvious.

Oh. My. Gosh.

This book...this book has made me feel feels.

Ahhhhh its' so good.

Ahhhh... that climax was so good. I forgot how good that climax was... And now this denouement... ahhh... I'm so content...

Still highly invested in this book and in this series, and really worried that things are going to end up disastrously for everyone.

Interesting book so far. Viola Spolin's theories of teaching and learning are very fascinating.

And they face Zandramas at last.

I am absolutely *adoring* this book so far. That beginning with the husband and wife, that was unbelievably poignant. And the touching, loving playfulness between Valentine and her husband. ALL THE MARRIED PEOPLE!

But man, this book is good so far, and setting up really interesting situations.

It's starting to build towards the climax... It's funny, reading through these again. I keep expecting to get to a point where I don't enjoy the story as much, and start getting bored. It's never happened.

Things are starting to snowball. And I'm loving the ride.

Oops, I guess I'm farther than I thought I was. Interesting...

This book is so good. Masterful use of epigraphs, viewpoint, characterization, and mystery. Just wonderful story overall.

Ah, this relativistic space travel is super interesting and different. Poor Ender. Poor, poor Ender. And now everything's changed.

I am super loving this book. The mystery of the xenobiology of the Piggies is fascinating, and the fact that Ender has an AI god as his friend is pretty much the coolest thing ever.

Very interesting introduction here. Excited to find out where this leads.

I'm getting close to the end of this, and loving every minute. Zakath is such a great and refreshing character.

Whoa. I did not expect that twist. Holy crap.

I am absolutely loving this story. The characters are awesome, the conflict is tense, and the setting is amazing and quite a bit creepy... And also, the narrators of the audiobook are superb.

I am really enjoying the essays on mental illness at the beginning of every story. To be honest, I've been skipping some of the actual work (alternate chapters of things I've never read, and as such, am not terribly interested in), but the essays are FANTASTIC.

And I cried at Howard Tayler's creative non-fiction story. I cried like a baby.

I hit a stretch in the middle that wasn't quite that interesting, but the last few stories have been absolutely wonderful! Next up: Weird Al Yankovic reading Thibbledorf Pwent. Perfect.
