Like lots of 'self help /self care/ wellness/ open your mind' books, it has its 'hokey' feeling moments. I glanced at the reviews- seems like a lot of people hate it - but I am personally liking it so far! I like her allegations that you can only achieve true wellness if you are working on mind, body, and spirit (as opposed to only the mind, only the body, etc.). The journaling prompts sound ultra silly, but
