I love how lauren asher writes. I think she’s top 3 romance writers in my opinion. She writes chemistry so well and just the right amount of ridiculous romance it’s almost comical but not quite. Hits just right. Urgh. I swoon.

Goodness.. It took a while to get into but I’m there. It’s going good now.

Was a little hard to get into at the start. I really can’t stand bratty, spoilt, rich kid characters… but at least the story is progressing well and there are some interesting back stories.

I love the writing style — very clear and concise.
But gooooood lord is this book long…. Also, one particular scene i will never be able to unread…. Chapter 55 am I right? 🤯

Just Emily Henry absolutely flooring us with that first page.

Another 700+ page book 🥵 but you know what, the story, is getting better.

I HATE THAT YOU DIDN’T JUST TELL HIM. IT WAS SO DUMB. I think i would have preferred to read exactly how it went down if she just told him to begin with and i KNEW he would give her the painting. Omg. Im so frustrated. SO FRUSTRATED. Urghhhh. Im so bored.
