Rereading with Chris, loving it all again.

This book is going quite slowly… hmm very academic.

Got an ARC of this book (both physical and audio) and finally got round to reading this on RELEASE DAY!!! Loving it so far! Can’t wait to see where this goes!!

Giggling and LOVING this book so much

So far so good. Magic world easy enough to understand. Not too many characters mentioned so mental load is not overwhelmed. It’s interesting.

Oh listening to the audiobook is so much better. And, honestly, after complaining about the first 100 pages, I get the hype. It is getting better. The world building is interesting and the magic system is coming together. Things are happening.

I’m having some real difficulty with this book. I’m like 100% not into the bully trope and this is literally just her getting knocked down the whole 100 pages with no reprise. No hope. There are so many characters just thrown at you and it’s also really difficult to follow along because it keeps jumping timelines and people… gonna be a difficult read for book club. I was so looking forward to this book…

Reading an ice hockey romance whilst on holiday in Canada is just next level. Also it’s the RIO BOOK!!!! I have all the feels!!!

OMG YES.

Flying through this book on vacation through small towns. Love mood reading and this one really hits the spot.
