I guess it’s supposed to be funny that Ki-Adi-Mundi got a snowcone with no flavor. Speaking of no flavor…this book is not good. I have no idea how it’s rated so highly. Lacks detail, tries to be funny when it’s not. Tons of earthly words such as mortgage…it’s just not good. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it has me missing the Fate of the Jedi series.

I have to be done with Disney era Star Wars books. They are nothing but a constant letdown.

Is McCammon my favorite author?

I think JJM is mid.

It’s a bad idea to “read” a McCammon book while reading another…all else pales in comparison. King of detail reigns supreme.

He’s effectively made the ocean scary, open, endless…

I think this book reads like a YA novel so far. So much current Star Wars content feels like it lacks detail.

So the Easter egg isn’t a thing lol, I saw a name and jumped to conclusions.

Caf was mentioned: we are off to a good start. Classic hello there and also a nice Easter egg too I believe.
