Extremely refreshing read! Heberlein is one of the few voices to speak frankly about the problems Sweden are facing with regards to immigration.

So far, so great. The british philosopher Roger Scruton does a great job analyzing Wagners Ring of the Nibelung by way of historical context, story and music. Being a musician as well as a philosopher he is able to delve deeply into both aspects.

""Life consists in action," Aristotle said, "and its end is a mode of action, not a quality."" Syd Fields workbook has been very helpful so far and has given my lots of advice as to how to write a better screenplay.
In studying screenwriting I feel the need to go back to the basics, go back to Aristotle. The story is after all the foundation of everything.

Jonathan Haidt is a moral intuitionist. And being more of a rationalist than he seems to be I have a hard time agreeing with him. But perhaps later on he will present a more convincing argument for his views.

This book was recommended to my by a producer I am working with. I just wrote my first script so I decided to read this book in order to better acquaint myself with an important part of the filmmaking process: storyboard design.
The book is purely focused on practical use and is therefore exactly what I need right now.

Damn it! Why am I always finding myself in the position of reading too many interesting books at once? This book too does not seem overrated and is indeed about how one can keep an open mind in a world becoming more polarized day by day.

While at times a bit trite, the style is more entertaining than I thought. My friend recommended this book to me as a means of finding out more about sex and cunninglingus. So far it has been an interesting experience reading about it and I am keen on finding out more practical details about going downtown so to speak.

Very interesting book, I am glad I started reading it. Although quite long the prose isn't complicated while still managing to provide a completely new perspective on our civilization.

This book was recommended by Sam Harris on his podcast Waking up. He interviewed its author, Lawrence Wright, and so far the book has been very much like a political thriller. I am glad I started reading it. It traces the origins of Al-qaeda to Egypt and the the birth of a more militant islamism in the prisons of Egypt.
