Although the book shined with the captivating retelling of historical events, It doesnt do a good job of 'objectively' presenting arguements on both sides concerning gouvernement supervision.

I might not even finish this book.
For some reason the prose, characterization and story themes do not resonate with me anymore and give me a sense of shallow story writing. This is absurd considering this is Brandon Sanderson, but I think I know why I may have this feeling. I'm deeply interested in perspective and experience, any attempt to portray a "diverse" set will fall short because of the authors frame.

The Kaladin chapters hittin hard in this one.

Viktor's POV is so confused lol.

Its picking up pace and I'm beggining to be attached to Lucy Snow. Also, chapter 23 description of the play was absolutely exquisite and worth reading just on its own.

I'm only reading for the Shallan or Jasnah pov's at this point.

I really like Shallan; every time it's her chapter I have like a zing of satisfaction in my head.

I'm also for getting and remembering so much from the last two books, it's like a whole life has passed, so much has happened.
