Finally, a Jagger Cole book I like. The FMC is sensible and smart, and she handles situations well. The MMC actually operates and is treated as if he ain't with the shits and I'm here for it.

I love a good pyscho dude who does everything in his power to stalk the FMC because as soon as he saw her it was a wrap and she's wifey but I need a romance build with the characters being together. I can only take "oh, I can't date you right now" so many times before it feels repetitive and the story gets boring. It's like he's putting in all the work, and I'm reading about rejection

I am really trying, but these brash FMCs just aren't my tea. I also don't want to read about constant sass and "don't treat me like a lady" statements. #SoftLife me, please 😄
