This is so OTT and soapy I’m half expecting someone to come back from the dead. Also Belle isn’t all that likable. This is the point where I start skimming until I likely DNF

For familial to work you have to give us angst/inner turmoil and paint a clear picture of how the feelings developed OR you just have to sell lust. Neither is happening here.

This is so ridiculously soap opera… and the dialogue is killing me. Sigh.

I’m struggling with this one far more than the first two… I took ZERO breaks during the first one but have walked away from this one for days …

This is a slog. Doesn’t really read like a novel, but more like history notes. Wonder if that’s Puzo’s or the girlfriend’s doing🤔 Sadly, might end up skimming.

This is my first bdsm reads and I swear I think I jumped in the deep end. 😅 Mark & Megan’s relationship is taboo, hot, and a bit sad, but also seems...necessary for them. So far so good on this read even when I have to pause for discomfort 😆
