I was not expecting Pete to be so sweet! And I had the wrong idea about Reagan too. This is going to be really sweet I can tell.

Reading this right now because while my book hangover from Clockwork Princess is telling me MORE SHADOWHUNTERS PLS READ CITY OF LOST SOULS, I need to read something light and fun to heal my heart from CP2.

To any of my friends who have finished The Infernal Devices and want to talk about it, send me a private message so we can discuss it! I have a lot of feelings about the ending and I want to talk about it. Just please no spoilers for The Mortal Instruments as I haven't finished those yet! This book. My god. I can't believe I have to get through work tomorrow before I can come home and try to finish this. And because I have a problem with reading ahead (always have), I now understand everyone's rage with the epilogue. I don't have rage (and idk if I will) because I still don't know what happens and have only read bits and pieces. But I hate myself for reading ahead and spoiling myself pretty bad.

Remember how I said I didn't really cry at books anymore? This one just keeps hitting me and pulling them out. Even if I did read ahead a few pages to see things already happen. I need a support group.

I don't cry much at books anymore, but if I did I would just cry throughout this whole thing. I don't know how on earth any of this is going to work out. All of these characters are trapped in misery.

I just love this book and not much has happened yet, but at the same time quite a bit has already happened. I love these characters. I just. Ugh. Pain.

This book makes my heart hurt so freaking bad. That's one of the reasons I took so long to pick it up. I don't want it to end and I don't wanna see the characters suffer. I'm so afraid of what's going to happen. And while I've been spoiled on big plot points, I'm still afraid of watching them suffer :(

FINALLY!

I really like this. I'm really intrigued by this. I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Because I KNOW it's going to. And probably soon.

I really like this. I have a feeling this is gonna be another highly rated story for me...oops. I have no variety. Also, who doesn't love Glenn?

Picked this up on a whim because I'm craving another sports themed NA book, but need a break from football. I remembered this was about a guy who's just a genuine angry raging asshole so I was interested in it. And from 7% in already, I know it's probably gonna frustrate me because he's definitely an ass, in a mean way. So I'm really interested to see how this pans out.

Okay. I love this. I love their friendship and their banter. But. I can tell it's going to frustrate me to the point of punching a wall. Similarly to how the first book made me feel.

I put this down, thinking I could just leave it be for a little bit, but I'm mad at myself because I want to pick it back up and see it get good again. But I read ahead a little and don't want to read 30% of the remaining 40% where they're not together and dating/fucking other people. I'm so over that happening in these storylines. OVER IT.

Done. I'm so fucking done with this book. WHY DON'T THEY JUST COMMUNICATE!! God damn! I've been loving this book so far, but I need a damn break because omg I'm gonna throw my kindle across the room I have so much frustration. And it's only 60% of the way through. Does that mean I have to endure their stupidity for the rest of the book before they maybe finally get together? Come on. Fuck.

I really like this so far. It's pretty funny. But as with many other contemporary romance books, I'm interested to see how this is going to play out.
