Seriously the only thing keeping me from thinking about my misery today. And I'll be so sad when I finish it in a few hours!

This is exactly what I needed going through a difficult time. A feel-good story about my favorite character in the series so far! I love Matt being the star here! He's so sweet and it makes me feel hopeful about what I want in the future. I'm going through this super quickly, but I want it to last longer!

I haven't picked this up today because frankly I'm terrified of it all going to shit and I'd like to remain in ignorant bliss and just let things stay right where they are.

It's getting so good! And everything is like TOO perfect....just waiting for all hell to break loose! It's too early for perfection lol

Enjoying this so far! But I've heard this book is for the Chaol fans so that's probs why. But I like that it's piggybacking off what we learn in The Assassin's Blade! Also, I keep reading words and sentences that give me the urge to read another book...like I keep getting the urge to read Champion! So maybe I'll hit that one next ;)

I don't want to get too ahead of myself but...hoping to finish a book this month and I feel like it will be this one! Even filmed a video today...we'll see about that one lol

I also hate the word belly. Belly and parties. And this is in like every book I read! Use some grownup words!

Ah yes I remember this bar scene from last time. This was a chapter I actually enjoyed both times!

I'm giving this book another try after not liking it 100 pages in last time. But I'm having so much trouble. Maybe my outlook on love has changed or I've read romance books I actually like now so I'm more picky. But Ana is kind of annoying, I'm not a fan of being in her head with "omg get a grip he's so hot" every other line. But. My mom and my sister told me to push through so we'll see.

I'm really liking this! I just keep getting so distracted!

I'm not sure why, but Marlee sketches me out. She's like too friendly and so buddy-buddy already with America and I just get the feeling that she's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I'm just a little confused as to why he's so upset right now...I mean yeah I get why he's upset, but not why he's upset over the person he's upset with.
