This really is similar to Vampire Academy, and while I have my problems with it, it's actually getting really good and I do enjoy the romance.

I'm confused as to why he keeps talking about her like she's a kid and himself like he's an adult that's so much older than him. He's not even 21 yet and she's 17...that's a three year age difference. Chill out guy.

I'm seriously considering scrapping the rest of my TBR for the month and just rereading Ugly Love.

This is definitely getting much better. The beginning was a little weird for me and I still have some complaints, but it's definitely developing a lot more than I was expecting.

I'm already a little disappointed in this...but I'm obviously gonna give it a fair chance before I judge it. I'm only 30 pages in.

This is getting better and better. I know a lot of people were highly disappointed with this book, but I don't think it's that bad. Not amazing, but definitely better than just okay.

This is picking up. I'm actually really enjoying it!

I'm moving through this pretty slow, but today I did read quite a bit. Still getting back into the groove after a busy few days. I want to start another book from my TBR to read while going through this one, but this is overdue at the library so I do need to finish it ASAP. It's not bad so far, I am enjoying it. Just moving kind of slowly.

It's been a busy few days so I didn't read at all. But I'm off work the next few days so I should be able to get back into the swing of things reading-wise!

I've been finished with The Assassin's Blade for about 4 1/2 hours and I'm crying in my room about it right now because I feel like we didn't get any closure.

Okay. Team Sam. Anyone? Anyone? I've been so stressed out about Chaolena vs Celorian. Personally, I prefer Sam to them all. Sam. Omg. He's perfection. So that's okay, right? It's totally okay. That makes me feel better about whoever she chooses, because I'll always love Sam. Seriously I don't want to finish this book, guys. YOU KNOW.

I'm going through this book so slow because I know what happens in the end (we all do) and I really really don't want it to. And I feel silly because I've not rated any of these stories higher than 3.5, but currently my rating for the book as a whole is 4 stars..and actually I'm liking this more than ToG. I really liked that book and wanna own it eventually. But this one, I feel the need to own like right now.
